My stay was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms offering a great view of the downtown. However, there were delays during checkout and confusion over the bill. The location was excellent, allowing most attractions to be reached on foot.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The suite setup with separate living room and bedroom areas made me feel luxurious, but the room became overly hot in winter due to the heater. The size and cleanliness were good, but there was a noticeable damp smell lingering.
